Students, teachers and families celebrated the official opening of Summit Academy in Northgate this week, as the $58 million K-12 campus welcomed its first full cohort of 1,200 students.
Built by ABC Corporation for Summit Education, the campus features 64 learning spaces, specialist STEM laboratories, a 450-seat performing arts centre and an all-weather sports hall.

During construction, ABC hosted 18 site tours for students and ran a school-based apprenticeship program, with six Summit Academy graduates now employed as ABC apprentices.
