Meridian Quarter has welcomed 20 new retailers in the past three months, lifting the open-air precinct to 98% occupancy just one year after opening.
New arrivals include a rooftop Italian restaurant, an artisan bakery, a boutique fitness studio and three independent fashion labels. Foot traffic has grown 34% year on year.
ABC Properties manages leasing and operations at Meridian Quarter on behalf of Meridian Retail. A small number of premium tenancies remain available, including a 2,600 sq ft corner dining site.
